Project: Kitchener Wilmot Hydro hired Tivoli Films to produce a number of employee profile videos. Each video in the series focused on a single employee and what they do within the company. The videos were used to help employees of KW Hydro better understand what the roles of each department are.

Another goal of the video series was to increase employee morale. Reaching that goal was a success as KW Hydro had great employee buy-in and the feedback from staff surpassed expectations.

The video series was used predominantly for inside messaging to staff.
